Terms of Use — Fleet Management
1. Service
Fleet Management, by Dohko Technology, lets the company register its rental equipment, book it for a period inside Bitrix24 CRM deals and follow, on a central dashboard, until when and to whom each piece of equipment is rented. The rental amount is added to the deal's products amount.
2. Activation and license
Use depends on activation by Dohko. The license is valid for the period set in the contract. Expired or paused licenses stop use until renewal; registered data is kept.
3. Access
The deal tab is available to whoever can open the deal in Bitrix24. The dashboard is restricted to Bitrix24 administrators and the people they choose; equipment registration and settings, to administrators.
4. Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the registered equipment, the prices and periods entered and for checking deal amounts. The app prevents booking the same equipment for two customers in the same period according to the configured rules, but does not replace the rental contract.
